About

Rowkeel turns bank statement PDFs into Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (QBO), OFX and Xero files. Every conversion is checked against the balances printed on the statement, so you can see at a glance whether a row is missing or misread.

Why it works in your browser

Bank statements hold some of the most sensitive data people have: names, addresses, account numbers and every payment. Most online converters ask you to upload that file to their server. We decided not to. The conversion runs inside your browser, the file is not uploaded to our servers, and the security page shows how you can check that yourself.

Who runs it

Rowkeel is run by Roman Pastushenko, a sole trader registered in Georgia. I build and maintain the converter myself, and I answer the support email.

Legal details:

  • Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Roman Pastushenko
  • Registration (identification) number: 306388361
  • Registered address: 3 Fonichala settlement, building 5, entrance 2, floor 4, Tbilisi, Georgia

Rowkeel is not affiliated with any bank, with Intuit (QuickBooks), Xero, Microsoft or Google. Their names appear on this site only to describe which files the converter reads and writes.

How we test

Each supported bank layout is tested on synthetic statements we generate ourselves, never on bought or leaked data. Where a bank page says “Verified”, the layout has also been tested on real statements on my own computer. Those files are not uploaded anywhere. The testing page has the details for each bank.

What has changed

The changelog lists what we have built and fixed, in plain words.

Contact

Questions, problems, refund requests and feedback: support@rowkeel.com. I usually reply within one business day. Please do not attach a bank statement. Describe the problem in words instead.
