Contact
Write to support@rowkeel.com. We reply within one business day. Please do not attach a bank statement: we do not need it, and the converter never sends it to us. If a conversion fails, describe the problem in words: which bank, which page and what you saw. Inside the converter you can also use “Send page layout”, which sends only a masked outline of the page, with letters and digits replaced.
Cancel a subscription
Sign in to your account settings and open the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. A 7-day Pass does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
Invoices, company details and VAT
Our payment provider, which is the merchant of record, issues the invoice for every payment. You can download invoices from the billing portal in your account. To show your company name, address or VAT number on invoices, enter them at checkout or update them in the billing portal before the next payment.
Change your card
Update your payment method in the billing portal in your account. The next renewal uses the new card.
Request a refund
See the refund policy for when a refund is possible, then write to support@rowkeel.com from your account email.
Delete your account
In your account settings choose Delete account. This cancels any subscription, then deletes your plan, conversion history and sign-in account. The privacy policy explains what the payment provider keeps for tax reasons.
QuickBooks and Xero import errors
- QuickBooks says the QBO file is invalid or from an unsupported bank. Make sure you import it under Banking (Upload transactions / Web Connect) and pick the account the statement belongs to. If QuickBooks rejects the bank, try the QuickBooks Online CSV export instead.
- Duplicate transactions. QuickBooks skips rows it already imported from a QBO file. With CSV it does not, so import each period only once.
- Xero rejects the CSV. Use the Xero export, which has the columns Xero expects, and check that the date format in Xero’s import screen matches your file.
- Amounts have the wrong sign. Check the balance-check result first: if the statement did not balance, fix the flagged rows before exporting.
