Terms of service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Individual Entrepreneur Roman Pastushenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia under identification number 306388361, address 3 Fonichala settlement, building 5, entrance 2, floor 4, Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”), the operator of Rowkeel (rowkeel.com). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Rowkeel converts bank statement PDFs into spreadsheet and accounting files (Excel, CSV, QBO, OFX, Xero) and checks the result against the statement balances. Conversion runs in your browser; see the privacy policy and the security page.
Who can use it
The service is a business and personal-finance tool for adults. You must be at least 18 years old. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that company.
Your statements
Only convert statements you have the right to process: your own, your organisation’s, or a client’s with their permission. You are responsible for the files you open with the converter.
Results are provided as-is
We check conversions against the balances printed on the statement and mark what does not add up, but a conversion can still be incomplete or wrong, including when the balances match. You are responsible for checking the results before you file, import or rely on them. Rowkeel is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
The service and its results are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We may change, limit or discontinue features, supported banks or file formats.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- send automated or bulk requests to the service, or use it in a way that overloads it;
- try to get around the free conversion limit, the fair-use limit or the plan checks;
- probe, scan or attack the service, or interfere with other users;
- copy, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the service or its code, except where the law expressly allows it;
- scrape, crawl or copy the site’s content or data in bulk, or use the service to build a competing product;
- use the service for anything illegal.
Plans and payment
- Free. 5 statements per calendar month (UTC) without an account, 15 a month with a free account. A file over 30 pages counts as one statement for every 30 pages or part of them. A file that is not a bank statement does not count.
- 7-day Pass and Pro. Paid plans are sold by our payment provider, which is the merchant of record: it processes the payment, issues the invoice, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues refunds. Its buyer terms, shown at checkout, apply to the purchase. These terms cover your use of the service.
- The 7-day Pass is a one-time payment. It does not renew and ends automatically after 7 days. Once pages have been converted with a Pass, it is not refunded, subject to your statutory rights described under Refunds.
- Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual) renew automatically at the end of each period and you are charged the then-current price for the same period, using the payment method you gave at checkout, until you cancel. The price and renewal period are shown at checkout before you pay. You can cancel online at any time in your account settings, in a few clicks and without contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. If a renewal payment fails, Pro is paused until the payment goes through; the card is retried for up to 13 days, after which the subscription is canceled.
- If we change the price of a subscription, we tell you by email at least 14 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Fair use
Paid plans have no fixed page limit, subject to fair use of 5,000 pages per calendar month per account. Above that, conversions may be limited until the next month. If you need more, write to us.
Refunds
Refunds are issued by the merchant of record under its buyer terms and follow our refund policy. In short: Pro can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment, and a 7-day Pass within 14 days if no pages were converted with it. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services; if you ask for the plan to start immediately and acknowledge at checkout that you lose that right once the service has been fully provided, the right may be lost or reduced to a proportionate amount, as the refund policy explains. If these terms conflict with the merchant of record’s buyer terms on payment, tax or refunds, its terms apply to those matters.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example for abuse of the API or a payment dispute. Where it is reasonable, we warn you first. If we close a paid account without a breach on your side, we refund the unused part of the period, as described in the refund policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue or data, tax penalties, or losses caused by errors in converted files that you did not check. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim and 50 US dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you use the service for a business, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs resulting from third-party claims caused by your breach of these terms or your processing of statements you had no right to process.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and disputes go to the courts of Georgia. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there.
